WOW! What can I say? We had first class service from the first phone call. Angela set up our entire trip. ( with of course our input) although she probably did not need it at all. This trip started out as a dream and became a reality. Angela never made me feel rushed or that my ideas weren’t valid. I had changes due to health and they were always taken into consideration and accommodated. We went to Portugal for 13 nights. Stayed in 5* hotels, our tours and guides were very knowledgeable and Fun. We went on so many great tours. From a side car tour in Lisbon to a hike in the Douro valley and lunch (Porto). We absolutely loved our Hotels. We felt like we went to 4 different countries and it was only Portugal. A HUGE bonus was the attention Angela paid to my concerns with scent/ fragrance at each destination. Another BONUS was Paloma helping us while in country. We’d have a question and she would answer without hesitation. We Greatly appreciated the help one of our transfers gave us with the ticketing /bags at Lisbon airport. He literally walked us in the airport . So unexpected but appreciated.
