My wife and I recently spent two weeks touring Portugal and had an absolutely great time, which was due, in no small part to the wonderful services provided by Carameltrail. The company helped us design and refine our itinerary, recommended and made reservations at terrific and well situated hotel, arranged for fantastic guides in various places, including, Lisbon, the Algarve, Evora, Coimbra, the Douro Valley and Porto. In addition, Carameltrail arranged for our rental car and for rides to and from the airport. In short, Carameltrail took care so many of the logistics of the trip that all we had to do was to enjoy ourselves.

In addition, while my wife and I traveled by ourselves, a representative was always available for guidance and/or assistance whenever we contacted them. On one occasion, as we were driving to the Douro Valley, we got a bit lost on some back roads. We then were able to call Carameltrail who not only provided important information, but texted us a Google map that allowed us to find our way.
