So where to begin? Fortunately a friend of ours recommend Samuel and his Spain travel agency Carameltrail to us. He had planned their Spain trip and they had a great experience. Based on that we decided to contact Samuel to plan the trip to Spain for us and for our two good friends that were traveling with us. It turned out to be a very good move.
Samuel was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and detailed oriented. He began by learning of our interests and our list of must see places. Then based on that, coupled with his extensive knowledge of Spain, he made a number of suggestions which we took on board. From that he then put together a fantastic itinerary.
Everything worked perfectly, the accommodations which were excellent, the transportation and especially the high quality guides in all the key places we visited (Barcelona, Seville, Toledo, Granada and the Alhambra and Madrid). The trip to Spain could not have been executed any better!
The quality, attention to detail and the planning process was just extraordinary. We are already talking of our next trip back to Spain with Samuel and Carameltrail. This time it will be Northern Spain and Portugal.
