I was a bit hesitant to choose him initially, since he runs a small Spanish travel agency that I had never heard of before, and since the cost of the trip for nine people was not insignificant.
Nonetheless, I decided to take the risk based on Samuel’s excellent reviews on zicasso.com and I could not be happier that I did so. Samuel arranged a first class vacation for us, covering both “must see” tourist sights as well as undiscovered gems throughout Spain. Some of the “off the beaten path” highlights included a cooking class at a restored 18th century farmhouse located in the countryside outside of Barcelona, and five nights stay in a pair of gorgeous villas atop a hill in the southeastern part of Spain overlooking the Mediterranean.
Throughout the trip Samuel provided absolutely first rate customer service. My calls/emails to him were always returned within a matter of minutes, and he was there to help us solve whatever problems arose.
He is obviously very passionate about his work, and he provides an absolutely impeccable level of customer service.
Our trip to Spain with him was a wonderful experience for our entire group.
